The Royal Treamtment Includes:
- Visits and Information about the different areas and neighborhoods
- All documents and information needed concerning schooling and education
- Finding the right property for you, in the right place, for the right price
- Ensuring that you are familiar in your new city (including locations of important places, streets, commute time, best routes, etc.)
- Assisting in set up of power, water, cable, internet, cell phones, and alarms.
- Assisting with car rental, furniture rental
- Assisting with coordination of your move, storage
- Anything else that comes to mind, please ask “We will help… we are at your service!”
- Service Fee is $795 if your employee is renting, Free if your employee is purchasing.
- Service Fee Corporate Loyalty Program: If your employee decides to purchase a home and uses our Realtor services we will reimburse 100% of the service fee to you.
